Day dreaming & stress

Assalamualaikum.

Jai ho! :D

Tak memasal. Hihi. Esok exam psycho. Belaja psycho ni mmg terus jadi psycho aku. Haha. Dah la tak penah nak bukak buku psycho ni. Sebab exam pun sejam je kan. So paham2 laaa.. hehe mcm post aku sblm ni ckp, The only part of my textbook i read completely is the index. Theee heeee. :D

Sepanjang aku study psycho ni, baru tahu day dreaming is one way of thinking. Hehe. So kire selame ni, takde la buang mase je kan day dreaming tu. We are actually thinking babeh! Haha. Gila carik alasan. Nak jugak cakap berangan tu bagus. 

Here's some tips for managing stress. Baru baca la katekan, esok exam hihihi.

1) Therapies (meditation, relaxation)
2) Social support (family & friends)
3) Personal control
4) Medications
5) Humour
6) Exercise
7) Spiritual support

Hehe sorry sebab enumerate je. Kang tulis panjang merapu pulak. Hehe. So take care semua! Hindari stress okey! (haha tetibe)
